Today did "the Seven",
7 rounds for time,
7 hand stand push ups,
7 thrusters, 2x36lb KBs,
7 knees to elbows,
7 deadlifts at 245lbs,
7 burpees,
7 KB swings @70lbs,
7 pull ups
No idea what time, probably ~40 minutes.
