Worked up to a heavy set of 1 Clean + 3 Split Jerks: 195
Then 3 sets of 3 squat cleans, touch and go @160.
sets of unbroken wallballs @8ft target w/20lb ball in 6:23
5:00 row to cool down, 1104 @2:10 pace.
