Wearing a weight vest (used 24lbs)
Run 1 mile 
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile
For time, completing calisthenics in any fashion.
Split the work up in 20 rds of 5/10/15, paced 1st run pretty easy, went hard on 2nd.
PR of over 8:30, 42:31.
