Apparently its harder than I thought....

So by now I realize I may have, well, skipped about two weeks, maybe three weeks of posting to this blog.

Not that it's a good thing. But I realize I've made that mistake again, it's getting to be a bad habit.

Time to get back on the wagon.

The past three days consisted of the below WODs.

"Nasty Girls"

3 rds for time
50 squats
7 muscle ups
10 hang power cleans"

in 9:48--PR


10 rounds
100m run
10 pull ups
100m run
10 burpees
30 sec rest
26:34 (long runs the first 13 rounds, whoops)


9, 6, 3 rep rounds, for time of:
Deadlifts (M=225)
Squat Clean & Jerk
Thrusters (M=115)
Overhead Squats (M=95)
1 minute rest
*load a 45# bar in the following order 25#, then 2 10# plates, then 45#, in the rest, put it back on, yay
