How much does a program matter?

I'd like to go back to throwing down at anything without ryhme or reason. To my dismay I've had more than a little trouble getting my head in he game without a plan. It's been a month since I left Afghanistan and CF LNK. Without the very static routine over there I have not been able to fix my sights on a program. Cut loose and goin off CFOC 'programming' I do not feel like I'm getting my best work done.

This will have to change.

Today I rearranged the garage gym. Didn't really work out but I did set up a sound system.

Immediate Goal: Do squats tomorrow morning.

Midterm Goal: Write a 30 day program.
