Second WOD, 16 March:
5 rds, for time--100m run, 10 push ups, 10 squats, all carrying 15 lb sandbag; 3:48
Third WOD, 17 March:

Some progress in CF Leatherneck. Three officers who took it over are still here. Another officer here with me found a good gym, hidden away. Going to start running classes, asking for a Op Pheonix drop and getting a box built. I hope to follow through with a CF L1 while I am out here. We'll just have to see.
Life here isn't as bad as one would think. The mind can get the body used to about anything--just about. 51 weeks to go, so who knows.
