After 2&1/2 weeks of CFSB, I wind down.
Took off a few extra days.
Tuesday: Three rounds for time of: Run 800 meters 50 Back Extensions 50 Sit-ups in 29:59
Thursday: MRAP in 20 minutes 10 thrusters@65lb 10 pull ups: 12 rounds +3 thrusters
