Body weight bench press (170)
Pull-ups

Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

Actually did this as prescribed, full bodyweight.

107 reps total:

1) 13/15, 2) 9/13, 3) 7/14, 4) 6/10, 5) 7/10

Finished up with 2x10 KTEs
