65 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps
65 pound Thruster, 15 reps
They did
Squats 5x5
T: 45,46,50,55,75
V: 45,55,70,80,95
Bottom to Bottom Tabata 8 rounds, everybody lost count...
2x 250m row while the other walked...
5 rounds of 5 second assisted L-holds
