From Valley CrossFit

Today we did some business from an article I read.
I ran while Tiff rowed, so mine was slightly different in feel, but not effect.
Tiff subbed 10 inch box jumps.

For time:
500m row
30 pull ups
1/2 mile run
30 squats
250 m row
30 burpees
1/4 mile run

14:46 for me ~21:00 for Tiff

I ended with 4x5 knees to elbows until inverted
Tiff did 3x max time planks
