Push it real good

One run through the warm up.
Five rounds of:
3x shoulder press
3x push press
3x push jerk
Not putting the bar down the whole time

Me, a few warm ups w/45#: 55,65,75,85,100
Sgt V: 50,55,65,70,75

Some sticking points to work on, mainly involved the rack position and the push jerk. Its a jump under the bar that requires work and practice for the pay off.
