10 minutes in the dreaded room of cardio...

As many rounds in 10 minutes as possible of:
5 weighted dips w/15#
5 weighted pull-ups w/10#
5 Over Head Squats w/45# bar

Managed 6 rounds, 5 dips and 1 pull-up

Executed a 50 ft 50# farmers walk w/each hand solo, and a 2x30# DB famers walk for 50ft.
