Another Friday Morning Marine Corps PT!
We ran a 5k on a 'sprint program' as such:
First mile, sprint a lap/jog a lap. Second Mile, Sprint half/jog half. Third mile, Sprint the turns/jog the straight-aways. 1 cool down lap...
Around 25 minutes... should have timed it!
