65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps
7 Pull-ups
Post rounds completed to comments
2x10 of KTE, body rows, dips, BEs, situps, OHS w/10#DBs for warm up...
Used an OlyBar, otherwise as RX'd:
8 rounds + 12 Hang Squat Cleans
Practiced hook grip, first six sets unbroken
