can you explain what a goblet squat is please?

Yeah sure, grab a dumbell with both hands more or less palms up under one side,
or a medicine ball and hold it with stright arms directly out in front of
you. With your palms up under the ends of the dumbell it looks like you're
holding a goblet. It was described in Dan John's 'From the Ground Up' free
book on his website.
